Liden & Denz is a new tenant of boutique office center

The investment and management company Jensen Group and the Swiss language center Liden & Denz signed a long-term lease agreement in the Boutique office center “Passage/Italianskaya, 17” in the middle of March 2015. Saint Petersburg campus of Liden & Denz will move to comfortable premises with a total area of 370 sqm, located on the second floor of the boutique office center “Passage/Italianskaya, 17”, and will start its operation by June 2015. «The boutique office center “Passage/Italianskaya, 17” suits the needs of educational activities perfectly. Premises leased by Liden & Denz are separately located on the second floor of the historical building, just a few steps from “Nevsky Prospect” and “Gostiny Dvor” subway stations. Perfect traffic and pedestrian access and developed infrastructure of the district are key competitive advantages of the boutique office center which make this area a perfect location for a language center. The Liden & Denz Languages Centres have been teaching English, German, French, Italian and Russian as a foreign language in Saint Petersburg, Moscow and Riga for over 20 years.
