Jensen Group presents the Boutique office center to brokers

Last week the investment and development company Jensen Group made individual presentations of its new project – the Boutique office center “Passage/Italianskaya, 17” for brokerage companies. The business center is one of the largest office projects in the center of Saint Petersburg’s Golden Triangle. The building total area of 8200 sq m is a part of the re-launched Passage Shopping Arcade (Nevsky prospect, 48). 

The first tenant  has already opened its office in the Boutique office center “Passage/Italianskaya 17”. The leading international business school Vlerick founded in Belgium is located in premises of 500 sq m. This is one of the very few schools having triple international accreditation – EQUIS, AACSB, AMBA. Vlerick ranks 17th among European schools in the Financial Times rating of business educational programs in 2014 and 34th in the global rating. 

Jensen Group and the law firm Capital Legal Services signed a long-term lease agreement in the Boutique office center “Passage/Italianskaya, 17” in late September 2014. Capital Legal Services offices will be located on the third floor of the Boutique office center “Passage/Italianskaya, 17” in comfortable premises of 840 sq.m. As a result of the moving to the Boutique office center, Capital Legal Services will increase leased area twice compare to its current leased area in St. Petersburg.

Heads of the largest international consulting companies such as Colliers International, Maris/ Part of the CBRE Affiliate, JLL, Knight Frank  and five more main consulting companies participated in the presentation of the boutique office center.

“The project has a number of strong competitive advantages. For the last years Central district continues to be the most demanded by tenants, especially objects located near subway stations. Chamber atmosphere of “Italianskaya, 17”, special St. Petersburg style and comfortable floor plans as well as excellent location will attract tenants to the object”,  – commented Nadezhda Erimishina, Deputy General director of Maris company / Part of the CBRE Affiliate Network.
