On June 2, 2015 the Office Real Estate committee of the Russian Guild of Managers and Developers held a meeting devoted National classification of business centers. Participants of the Committee have considered and have certified 11 business centers located in different Russian regions.
Boutique office center “Passage/Italianskaya, 17” has been officially certified as “A” class business center. In 2015 the Russian Guild of Managers and Developers and Moscow Research Forum (MRF) consisting of analytical departments of leading real estate consulting and brokerage companies, worked out unified National classification system of office real estate.
The Guild classifies office real estate in Russia since 2010. Experts of CBRE, S.A. Ricci, GVA Sawyer, Knight Frank, NAI Becar and others take part in classification process. Nowadays the certification committee works in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Samara, Tyumen, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Krasnodar and Rostov-on-Don.
